DEADLINES
Space reservations should be received by the 15th of the month preceding the date of publication, this also applies to color specifications. Copy to be set by the publisher, advertising plates or reproduction proofs requiring key or copy changes with proofs required by the advertiser, and inserts should be received no later than the 15th of the month preceding publication.

MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS
Printed web offset. Tabloid newspaper format. Halftone screens should be 85 line screen/150dpi. Final negatives, including reproduction proofs, is preferred, or original camera-ready art supplied with paste-up. When copy is to be set by publisher a detailed layout must be furnished. Material submitted digitally must include a printed full color or black final proof and must include all elements, i.e. computer fonts, graphics, pictures, logos, etc. PDFs are accepeted. All separations must be CMYK. Material submitted digitally is subject to an additional cost for film output and color proof.

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS
Send all advertising contracts, insertion orders, copy instructions, proofs, advertising reproduction proofs, pasteups, artwork, photographs and final film negatives for reproduction to:
